An autopsy result has indicated that a gambler allegedly beaten by police during a gambling raid in Bangkok on Thursday suffered respiratory failure. Sutthisan police chief Pol Col Termpao Siripoobal said no suspension orders were issued to the seven officers. Pol Col Termpao, however, said the suspect weighed about 120 kilogrammes and had a large, well-built body. Also, police were still unable to identify a witness who claimed Don was beaten by police at the scene, Pol Col Termpao added. According to an initial investigation, Don managed to run away while all his friends were arrested during the raid on Thursday.
